We process between 1,000 and 5,000 cubic meters of cedar logs into lumber every month, producing many items from Western Red Cedar. Some include: custom-cut timbers to your specification in Clear or Appearance grades, 2" Clears in Vertical Grain or Mixed Grain, Short Clears, shop and factory grades. We custom cut logs at the best sawmills in the Lower Mainland. Custom cutting is the process where we own the logs and subcontract the cutting to the most appropriate sawmill, depending on the type of log and cut specification. The ability to custom cut our logs provides the greatest flexibility and lowest costs, for us, and our customers.

Clear Western Red Cedar Timbers are produced from British Columbia Coastal Forest logs of the following grades: High-Grade Logs, Lumber-Sort Logs, and Shop Logs. Logs are carefully processed at medium-sized custom-cut sawmills that focus on extracting the highest quality lumber in the most efficient manner. Special sizes and grades are custom produced as per customers' orders. Commodity Clear timbers, such as 4x6w, 6x6w, 8x8w are also produced on a regular basis.

Shop lumber and Shop/Factory Flitch timbers are typically produced on every Western Red Cedar cut. Most often these items are derived from larger cedar logs and are fine grain. Factory and Shop grade products are used throughout the world for doors, windows, shutters and other remanufactured items.
